Kapela Solutions is a professioal organizing company located in Houston, Texas.  Karon van Vuuren, the owner, is a Certified Professional Organizer and has been certified since 2007.


  • Past Vice President of the Board of Certification for Professional Organizers (BCPO) for four years.

  • Actively involved with National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO)  and serves on a number of committees.

  • NAPO Past President and Past Secretary of  both the Houston and Austin chapters of Professional Organizers.


Our mission is to help individuals and businesses (small and large) to prioritize their goals and streamline their lives. To this end we develop efficient solutions designed specifically to meet each person's, or organization's needs.
