Kapela Solutions will hold all client information, business or personal,
written or verbal, in confidence. Kapela Solutions follows the written Code of
Ethics, provided by the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO).

Kapela Solutions will provide a ½ hour free phone consultation for
new clients. An on-site consultation & evaluation will be completed
for the client to gather and to complete a Residential/Corporate Initial
Assessment Questionnaire. An initial consultation fee of $50.00 will be
charged and this amount will be waived once organizing services have
been completed. If organizing service is not scheduled during the
initial consultation, the $50.00 fee will be due at the end of the
consultation session.

Due to time requirements to complete a project, there is a three-hour
minimum required when scheduling initial organizing services, excluding
maintenance work. In addition, various containers may be required to
complete a project which will be a separate expense required of the
client, aside from the hourly rate for organizing services. The client
or Kapela Solutions can shop and purchase these items. If the client
would like for Kapela Solutions to shop and purchase the items, then the
client will reimburse in full for items purchased. Payment, in the form
of cash or check, is due at the end of the organizing session. Please

Due to the time commitment required of the organizer and client, Kapela
Solutions requires a 48-hour cancellation notification for the initial
consultation and/or scheduled organizing service. The $50.00 initial
consultation fee will be charged if initial consultation is cancelled under the
48-hour requirement. The three-hour minimum fee will be charged if organizing
session is cancelled under the 48-hour requirement. Kapela Solutions is eager to
provide flexibility with rescheduling any appointments.
